MERCED RIVER FEST returns to Grove House on Saturday, April 13 for an evening of celebration and volunteer-raising! The Upper Merced River Watershed Council is proud to host its second annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival. This year's theme looks at the inspiring work of so many whose passions inspire others. This film festival, friend-raiser, and fundraiser combines a series of award-winning environmental and adventure films with the energy of local activism and community stewardship. Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the door. All proceeds benefit the Upper Merced River Watershed Council, an all-volunteer led nonprofit that protects and enhances the Merced Wild and Scenic River and its watershed through education, stewardship, and partnership-based projects.
